Following our search method below, we’ll do the heavy-lifting to bring the best technical and behavioural fit available on the market to your door, giving you maximum insight with minimum effort.
Discovery
Let’s make sure everyone’s on the same page.
We’ll start with a site visit to understand the brief in full, along with your key hire criteria.
How important is “culture fit” to you? With our Stakeholder Alignment Report (SAR), we’ll capture the candidate’s required behavioural traits from all parties involved in the hiring process. The Right Pear consultants will also perform this survey.
Lastly, we’ll agree 2-3 key interview questions, which will be crucial to our Shortlisting process.
Once everything’s been agreed, we move to the Attraction phase.

As well as technical capabilities, our search will be led by the results from the SAR to improve the “culture fit” match
We’ll get your role advertised across all of our platforms, with a deep dive into our active and passive candidate market.
We have access to the best business development tools available, meaning we’re able to deploy headhunting techniques and directly contact your target candidates.
All our candidates are compliance checked, with testimonials gathered.
Shortlisting
Let’s bring the CVs to life.
First things first, you’ll get set up in our sophisticated Client Portal.
In here, as well as the traditional CV, you’ll receive a video of our shortlisted candidates answering those 2-3 key interview questions for review… Save yourself the time and effort of those early interview headaches by using our video-based First Stage Shortlist.
Next up, let’s progress to the face-to-face interview. You’ll receive a flyer with the candidates key behavioural traits thanks to our Character Appraisal tool, which means you’ll get individualised, behavioural-based questions to ask at interview.
This allows us to collectively address any remaining concerns about whether or not we’ve found the right “fit” for your business.
Aftercare
We take our jobs seriously.
We will do everything possible to make sure you get the best candidate for your business, and will provide a 6 month FREE replacement if it doesn’t work out.
For the successful hire, we’ll also provide a bespoke and detailed Onboarding Document to guide you on how to best manage this individual in the short-to-long term, set goals and expectations to nurture their career progression, and get the most from their appointment.
