We’ll start with a site visit to understand your key hire criteria. With our Stakeholder Alignment Report (SAR), our quick, punchy survey indicates the key behavioural (non-technical) candidate expectations from all parties involved in the hiring process.

Attraction

The search beings.

We’ll get your role advertised across all of our platforms, with a deep dive into our active and passive candidate market.

Our search criteria - as well as skills fit - will be led by the results from the SAR to improve the “culture fit” match. All our candidates are compliance checked, with testimonials gathered.

Shortlisting

Let’s bring the CVs to life.

Our First Stage Shortlist is different. As well as the CV, you’ll receive a short & sharp video of our candidates answering key interview questions of your determining for review. Save yourself the time and effort of those early interview headaches by using our own digital service.

Next up, let’s move to a face-to-face interview. You’ll also receive a flyer with their key behavioural traits thanks to our Character Appraisal tool, which means you’ll be given candidate-specific, behavioural based questions to ask at interview.

This allows us to collectively address any remaining concerns about whether or not they are “right” for your business.

Aftercare

We take our jobs seriously.

We will do everything possible to make sure you get the best fit for your business and will provide a 6 month FREE replacement if it doesn’t work out.

The character appraisal doesn’t stop there. For the successful hire, we’ll provide a bespoke Onboarding Document to guide you on how to best manage this individual in the short term, set goals and expectations to nurture career progression, and get the most from their appointment.
